What is ExCom?

The BASREC format was revised in 2015.

The latest Executive Committee, ExCom, consisted of Poland, Estonia and Finland. Denmark as the holder of the BASREC account was also a member of the ExCom.

The BASREC GSEO presidency carried out the daily work and had a secretarial function. In accordance with the communiqué, the presidency country was responsible for financing a secretarial function. The ExCom, assisted the presidency in its work, ensuring continuity in the work during the yearly rotating presidencies of BASREC.The ExCom was the owner of the projects and activities launched and approved by the GSEO. It also signed contracts and invoices for reimbursement to the Danish Energy Agency.
